Processing Time
Orders are typically processed the next business day if received prior to the cutoff time (12pm Pacific Time). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Economy shipping is free for orders over $30.

Order processing time is added to the shipping time to calculate your estimated delivery date.

Domestic Shipping Only
We ship anywhere within the United States. The carriers we use include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics. Shipments to locations outside of the continental USA and shipments that include flammable / hazardous goods like hairsprays might take longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@walkjupiter.com within 2 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
